The tide observation warning device comprises an early warning device and a detection device, wherein the early warning device is arranged in a dam; the detection device is arranged in water; the early warning device comprises a hydraulic device, a rush flow device and a vibration device; the hydraulic device is hinged to the rush flow device; the rush flow device communicates with the vibration device; the hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic rod and an inclined plate; the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected into the dam; the hydraulic rod end of the hydraulic rod is abutted against the inclined plate; the rush flow device comprises two one-way valves, a lever, a water bag press rod, a water bag press plate, a water bag and a water passage; the two one-way valves are fixedly connected into the water passage; the water bag is arranged in the water passage; openings are formed in the two sides of the water bag; the one-way valves, the water bag and an impeller are used as power transmission; pollution cannot be caused; and when a tide observer concentrates on the tide observation, the inclined smooth inclined plate is installed; through the smooth inclined plate, people cannot stand on the inclined plate, so that people can retreat.
