The invention discloses a foundation detection device based on rock-soil and disaster prevention engineering construction. The foundation detection device comprises a detection box body and a handle installed on the detection box body; the detection box body is provided with a radial positioning mechanism used for facilitating displacement adjustment; and the detection box body is internally provided with a reciprocating lifting mechanism used for reducing artificial factor interference so as to reduce errors. According to the foundation detection device based on rock-soil and disaster prevention engineering construction, different from the prior art, when a worker detects the bearing capacity of a foundation, detection errors caused by human subjective factors are avoided; a test rod is conveniently positioned through the radial positioning mechanism, and the workload of the worker is reduced to a certain degree; and through a reciprocating lifting mechanism, the standard height can be increased according to the experimental standard, errors caused by different manual lifting heights are greatly reduced, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved.
