After the interior of soil is sampled through the sampling pipe, an external gas source passes through the gas sliding ring, penetrates through the rotating frame and the communicating hose and enters the sampling cavity, gas pushes the piston plate to descend, and a rock-soil sample in the sampling cavity can be pushed out along the sampling pipe; the problem that a rock-soil sample in the sampling pipe needs to be manually taken out by means of a tool is effectively avoided, the overall rock-soil sampling efficiency is greatly improved, and the later detection efficiency of the rock-soil sample is improved.
