The compaction grouting construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a plane layout diagram is drawn, the site elevation is measured before construction, a pipe pile is started to drive, and the pipe pile is driven to the designed elevation; 2, a grouting pipe is placed in the pipe pile, grouting pipe driving is started, and the grouting pipe is driven to the designed elevation; 3, grouting is carried out on the grouting pipe, and during grouting, a high-pressure grouting machine is adopted for grouting the grouting pipe; 4, after grouting of one height is completed, the grouting pipe is pulled upwards, a foundation is anchored through an anchoring assembly of the grouting pipe, grouting is carried out on the grouting pipe again through the high-pressure grouting machine, a valve of the high-pressure grouting machine is closed, and the grouting pipe is shifted to the next hole; 5, grouting of all the holes is completed according to the plane layout diagram; and 6, after grouting is completed, the grouting holes are plugged with cement bags. The foundation can be reinforced, and the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation are improved.
