The invention provides a construction method of a super high-rise post-tensioned bonded prestressed beamless floor slab. The construction method comprises the following steps that A1, prestressed tendons are laid on a slab surface; A2, concrete is poured on the slab surface; A3, prestress tensioning is conducted; and A4, prestressed duct grouting is conducted. According to the construction method, the prestressed tendons are bonded with a component through grouting, so that the rigidity and ductility of the structure manufactured through the construction method are good, and the anti-seismic property is good; moreover, tensioning is carried out on the prestressed tendons after the concrete is poured and the strength of the concrete reaches the required strength, and therefore the accident that the floor slab is upwards exploded by the concrete reinforcements can be avoided, and smooth construction is ensured; and moreover, the construction method does not need fixed pedestal equipment, production is flexible, the tensioning force can reach hundreds of tons, and the construction method is suitable for manufacturing large prestressed concrete members.
本发明提出了一种超高层后张法有粘结预应力无梁楼板施工方法,包括如下步骤:A1.板面预应力筋铺设;A2.板面混凝土浇筑;A3.预应力张拉;A4.预应力孔道灌浆。本发明的预应力筋通过灌浆与构件粘接,使得该工法制作的结构的刚度和延性较好,抗震性能较好;并且,预应力筋是在浇筑混凝土后并且待混凝土强度达到所需的强度后再进行张拉,能够避免混凝土钢筋向上炸开楼板的事故发生,保证施工的顺利进行;而且,该工法不需要固定的台座设备,生产灵活,张拉力可达几百吨,较适用于大型预应力混凝土构件制作。
