The invention discloses a sleeve assembly for a reserved hole of a building floor and a mounting and using method thereof. The sleeve assembly comprises a sleeve with openings at two ends, an annular boss is integrally arranged on the inner side wall of a port at the lower end of the sleeve, strip-shaped fixing gaskets are uniformly distributed on the lower end surface of the sleeve, one ends of the fixing gaskets are fixedly connected to the lower end face of the sleeve, and the other ends of the fixing gaskets are located on the outer side of the sleeve; an eccentric gasket is movably sleeved with the sleeve and is of an annular structure formed by splicing two C-shaped gaskets; the sleeve can be rapidly fixed to a formwork through the fixing gaskets, after concrete is poured outside the sleeve, the concrete is fixedly connected with the sleeve, the reserved hole is formed inside the sleeve, the sleeve does not need to be disassembled in the later period, and manpower and material resources are saved; and the eccentric gasket is matched between the sleeve and a fixed pipeline for plugging, the operation is simple and time-saving and labor-saving, and the working efficiency is improved. The sleeve assembly is simple in overall structure, stable in structure, low in cost and convenient to install and use.
