Integrated process for treating flue gas and preparing cementing material
The invention discloses an integrated process for treating flue gas and preparing a cementing material. The process comprises the following steps: reacting a chlorate aqueous solution, hydrogen peroxide and a sulfuric acid aqueous solution in a chlorine dioxide generator to obtain chlorine dioxide; mixing chlorine dioxide with air to obtain an oxidizing agent, and contacting the oxidizing agent with the pre-dedusted flue gas in the flue gas pipeline before the pre-dedusted flue gas enters the fluidized bed absorption tower to obtain first treated flue gas; introducing the first treated flue gas into a fluidized bed absorption tower and contacting with absorbent dry powder sprayed into the fluidized bed absorption tower, spraying water into the fluidized bed absorption tower, obtaining second treated flue gas, and enabling the second treated flue gas to pass through a filtering device to obtain ash and purified flue gas; wherein the absorbent dry powder comprises fly ash and an alkali activator; and mixing raw materials containing ash, mineral powder, fly ash and an additive to form the cementing material. According to the process, efficient desulfurization and denitrification can be achieved, and the cementing material with excellent performance can be prepared.
本发明公开了一种烟气处理与制备胶凝材料的一体化工艺。该工艺包括如下步骤:将氯酸盐水溶液、双氧水和硫酸水溶液在二氧化氯发生器中反应获得二氧化氯;将二氧化氯与空气混合获得氧化剂,将氧化剂与预除尘烟气在进入流化床吸收塔之前的烟气管道内接触,获得第一处理烟气;将第一处理烟气通入流化床吸收塔内,与喷入流化床吸收塔内的吸收剂干粉接触,且向流化床吸收塔内喷淋水,获得第二处理烟气,第二处理烟气经过滤装置获得灰渣和净化烟气;其中,吸收剂干粉包括粉煤灰和碱激发剂;将包含灰渣、矿粉、粉煤灰和外加剂的原料混合形成胶凝材料。本发明的工艺可高效脱硫脱硝,且可以制备性能优异的胶凝材料。
