The invention belongs to the field of grouting, and particularly relates to a grouting device capable of automatically cleaning the inner wall. The grouting device comprises a grouting pipe and a sliding sleeve, wherein the grouting pipe extends into the sliding sleeve and can move in the direction of the central axis of the sliding sleeve; the grouting device further comprises a brush plate and a driving mechanism; the bristle side of the brush plate is attached to the inner wall of the sliding sleeve; the driving mechanism comprises a first driving portion and a second driving portion; the first driving portion is arranged between the sliding sleeve and the grouting pipe and rotates around a first axis along with the movement of the grouting pipe; the second driving portion is in transmission connection with the first driving portion and rotates around a second axis along with the rotation of the first driving portion; the brush plate is in transmission connection with the second driving portion and rotates around a third axis along with the rotation of the second driving portion; the first axis is perpendicular to the central axis of the grouting pipe; the second axis is parallel to the central axis of the grouting pipe; and the third axis is collinear with the central axis of the grouting pipe. The grouting device can clean the inner wall in the telescopic process.
