The invention discloses an exterior wall plastering-free self-insulation energy-saving fireproof building block. 425#cement, fly ash, silica powder, calcium carbide waste residues, mica ore waste residues, solid waste ore powder, an early-strength waterproof additive, anti-crack fibers and a foaming agent are mixed according to a certain proportion, water is added and uniformly stirred (foaming concrete is formed by mixing the raw materials), the mixture is put into a mold, a groove is formed in one side of the mold, a protruding head is arranged on the other side of the mold, a flame-retardant EPS plate is placed on the mold, the stirred raw materials are placed on the flame-retardant EPS plate, six hidden rivet pulling rods are strung in the middle and fixed, the other half of the mold is placed on the mold and fixed, then vibration is conducted, the mold is placed on one side after vibration is conducted, after the raw materials in the mold are solidified, the mold is taken down, and a required coating is coated on the molded energy-saving building block, so that a finished product can be obtained.
一种外墙免抹灰自保温节能防火砌块,把425#水泥和粉煤灰、硅微粉、电石废渣、云母矿废渣、固废矿粉,早强防水添加剂、抗裂纤维、发泡剂,按一定的比例配在一起,加上水搅拌均匀(这几种原料配合在一起就是发泡混凝土),放入模具中,该模具的一侧设有凹槽,其另一侧设有凸头,再把阻燃EPS板放在上面,在阻燃EPS板上面再放上搅拌好原料,再把6根隐藏拉铆杆分别串入中间固定好,在把另一半模具放在上面固定好,然后震动,震动好后放在一边,等把模具里面的原料凝固好后把模具取下,再在成型的节能砌块上面把所需要的涂料涂在上面,即可成为成品。
