EXTERIOR INSULATION FIREPROOF WALL STRUCTURE FOR WOOD BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exterior insulation fireproof structure for wooden building which has excellent fireproof efficiency and insulation efficiency, which may be easily installed at low cost.SOLUTION: The structure comprises: a structure surface material 24 attached on outside of structural member 2 constructed with wood; phenol form heat retaining plate 41 which is attached on outside of the structure surface material 24 and having thickness of 12 mm or more to 80 mm or less; aluminum foil layer 51 arranged on outside surface of the phenol form heat retaining plate 41; incombustible drum edge material 53a attached on outside surface of the aluminum foil layer 51; and light bubble concrete panel 55 on outside surface of the drum edge material 53a. When density of the light bubble concrete panel 55 is d (kg/m), thickness is t (mm), and ignition loss value is α (wt%), 200≤d≤550, 45≤t≤100, 5≤α≤15, and 3000≤d×t×α÷100000≤30000 are accomplished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】優れた耐火性能と断熱性能を有し、施工が容易であると共に低コストの木造建築物の外張り断熱耐火構造を提供する。【解決手段】木材で構成された構造部材2の屋外側に取り付けられた構造用面材24と、構造用面材24の屋外側に取り付けられた厚さが12mm以上80mm以下のフェノールフォーム保温板41と、フェノールフォーム保温板41の屋外側の面に配置されたアルミニウム箔層51と、アルミニウム箔層51の屋外側の面に取り付けられた不燃性の胴縁材53aと、胴縁材53aの屋外側の面に軽量気泡コンクリートパネル55と、を備える。軽量気泡コンクリートパネル55の、密度をd(kg/m3)、厚さをt(mm)、強熱減量値をα(wt%)、としたときに、200≦d≦550、45≦t≦100、5≦α≦15、かつ、3000≦d×t3×α÷100000≦30000、を満たしている。【選択図】図2
