The invention relates to concrete hollow block production forming machining equipment and a forming machining method. The concrete hollow block production forming machining equipment comprises a bottom rack, a vertical rack, a forming mechanism and a reprocessing mechanism. The following problems can be solved that a, in the traditional concrete hollow block forming machining process, production forming equipment of one type can only perform machining forming of concrete hollow blocks of one specification, the production forming equipment needs to be frequently replaced when concrete hollow blocks of different specifications are needed, the process is tedious, and the applicability is poor; and b, in the traditional concrete hollow block forming machining process, the phenomenon of uneven distribution possibly exists during pouring of concrete raw materials, and the uneven distribution of concrete possibly leads to reduction of the strength of the concrete hollow blocks and affects the follow-up use effect of the concrete hollow blocks.
本发明涉及一种混凝土空心砌块生产成型加工设备及成型加工方法，包括底部机架、竖直机架、成型机构以及再处理机构，可以解决以下难题：a传统的混凝土空心砌块成型加工过程中，一种型号的生产成型设备只能对一种规格的混凝土空心砌块进行加工成型，当需要不同规格混凝土空心砌块时，需要频繁更换生产成型设备，工艺较为繁琐适用性较差，b传统的混凝土空心砌块成型加工过程中，由于混凝土原料在倾倒过程中可能会存在分布不均匀的现象，混凝土分布不均匀可能会导致混凝土空心砌块强度降低，影响混凝土空心砌块后续使用效果。
