During operation, the adjusting structure moves downwards towards the reinforcement cage, the guiding structure is driven to move downwards, and under the action of the adjusting structure and the guiding structure, the reinforcement cage can be conveniently located in a grabbing area of the grabbing and releasing structure; then, the adjusting structure moves upwards to promote the grabbing and releasing structure to gradually contract inwards, so as to grab the reinforcement cage, then the reinforcement cage is transferred into a pouring hole, and finally, the grabbing and releasing structure is separated from the reinforcement cage; and the reinforcement cage can be automatically hoisted and released, the construction steps are simplified, manpower resources are greatly saved, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
