The invention relates to an alkali-free accelerator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The alkali-free accelerator comprises the following raw materials: an accelerator produced by a fluosilicic acid aluminum hydroxide method and/or a solid waste byproduct produced by the fluosilicic acid aluminum hydroxide method, aluminum hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid, deionized water, aluminum sulfate hydrate, a stabilizer, a reinforcing agent and a neutralizer. The hydrated aluminum sulfate comprises flaky hydrated aluminum sulfate and powdery hydrated aluminum sulfate, and the weight ratio of the flaky hydrated aluminum sulfate to the powdery hydrated aluminum sulfate is 1: (3-5). According to the alkali-free accelerator disclosed by the invention, hydrofluoric acid is taken as a raw material, solid byproducts are taken as reactants, an accelerator product meeting national standard requirements is prepared, and the accelerator product is an alkali-free accelerator and has the characteristics of low mixing amount and no influence on the later strength of concrete, so that waste discharge can be reduced, the environment can be improved, and social and economic benefits can be increased.
本发明涉及一种无碱速凝剂及其制备方法和应用,所述无碱速凝剂包括如下原料:氟硅酸氢氧化铝法生产速凝剂和/或氟硅酸法生产氟化铝的固废副产物、氢氧化铝、氢氟酸、去离子水、水合硫酸铝、稳定剂、增强剂和中和剂;其中,所述水合硫酸铝包括片状水合硫酸铝和粉状水合硫酸铝,且所述片状水合硫酸铝与所述粉状水合硫酸铝的重量比为1:(3‑5)。本发明的无碱速凝剂,以氢氟酸为原料,将固体副产物作为反应物,制备出符合国标要求的速凝剂产品,该速凝剂产品为无碱速凝剂,具有掺量低,不影响混凝土后期强度的特点,从而可以减少废弃物排放,改善环境,增加社会和经济效益。
