Fabricated bridge capable of being rapidly installed and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building bridges, and discloses a fabricated bridge capable of being rapidly installed. The bridge comprises a bearing platform, two square piers and a cover beam, a plurality of inserting holes are integrally formed in the bottom of the bearing platform, prefabricated pipe columns are inserted into the inserting holes, a plurality of fixing bolts are prefabricated on the upper surface of the bearing platform, and a steel support is fixedly connected to the bottom of each square pier. The invention further provides a construction method of the rapidly-installed fabricated bridge. The method comprises the following steps: S1, surveying and lofting: performing surveying and lofting on a planned place according to a plan, and performing marking; and S2, computer simulation: performing scene simulation through a computer according to the site lofting condition and the material size at the same time. The height of one end of profile steel can be adjusted, the bridge mounting efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the profile steel can have high-strength stability after being mounted, the safety of a bridge body is improved, noise can be reduced, and the influence on the life of people during bridge mounting is avoided.
本发明涉及建筑桥梁技术领域,且公开了一种快速安装的装配式桥梁,包括承台、两个方墩和盖梁,所述承台的底部一体成型有多个插孔,插孔内插接有预制管柱,所述承台的上表面预制有多个固定栓,所述方墩的底部固定连接有钢托。本发明还提出一种快速安装的装配式桥梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:测量放样:根据规划对规划地进行测量放样,并进行标记,S2:电脑模拟:根据现场放样情况同时结合材料尺寸使用电脑进行场景模拟。本发明不仅能够对型钢一端的高度能够进行调节,提高桥梁安装的效率,同时能够使型钢在安装后具备高强的稳定性,提高桥体的安全性,还能够减少噪声的产生,避免桥梁安装时对人们的生活产生影响。
