Fabricated internal partition wall capable of being rapidly installed and construction method
The invention discloses a quickly-mounted assembly type internal partition wall and a construction method. The technical problems that in the prior art, the mounting efficiency is low and the turnover performance is poor due to the fact that internal partition walls are connected through fasteners such as self-tapping screws are solved. The assembly type internal partition wall comprises an internal partition wall main body, a concave vertical keel provided with a groove, a convex vertical keel provided with a convex strip and a connecting mechanism. The construction method mainly comprises the steps that the angle steel keels are installed on the building main body structure, the inner partition wall bodies are assembled to the angle steel keels, and the adjacent inner partition wall bodies are limited through the connecting mechanisms; foam glue is poured into cavities at the top of the internal partition wall main body and the top plate of the building main body structure and is engaged with a room top plate through a sealing tape to shield corresponding angle steel keels at the upper part; foam glue is poured into cavities of the bottom of the inner partition wall body and a bottom plate of the building body structure, and skirting boards are installed to shield corresponding angle steel keels on the lower portion. The assembling and disassembling efficiency of the assembly type inner partition wall can be effectively improved, and meanwhile the assembling and disassembling tool can be repeatedly used so as to save the cost.
本发明公开一种快捷安装的装配式内隔墙及施工方法,解决现有技术通过自攻螺钉等紧固件连接内隔墙存在的安装效率低、可周转性差的技术问题。装配式内隔墙包括内隔墙主体,设有凹槽的凹形竖龙骨,设有凸条的凸形竖龙骨,以及连接机构。施工方法主要为:在建筑主体结构上安装角钢龙骨,将内隔墙主体装配至角钢龙骨上,相邻内隔墙主体之间通过连接机构限位;在内隔墙主体顶部与建筑主体结构顶板处空腔灌注泡沫胶使用密封带与房间顶板咬合以遮蔽上部相应角钢龙骨;在内隔墙主体底部与建筑主体结构底板处空腔灌注泡沫胶,安装踢脚板以遮蔽下部相应角钢龙骨。本发明可以有效提高装配式内隔墙的拆装效率,同时还能重复周转使用以节约成本。
