The invention relates to the field of bridges, in particular to a fabricated prestressed corrugated web steel box-concrete combined simply supported beam. The simply supported beam is prepared by the following steps: prefabricating and machining single corrugated web steel box-concrete composite beams with prestress, wherein the prefabricated corrugated web steel box-concrete composite beams are connected through K-shaped supporting steel cross beams, and prefabricated reinforced concrete top plates are connected through cast-in-place reinforced concrete plates; casting reinforced concrete side wing plates in place on the outer sides of the corrugated web steel box-concrete combined beams, and arranging beam end cantilever steel beams below the beam end cast-in-place reinforced concrete side wing plates so as to form the fabricated prestressed corrugated web steel box-concrete combined simply supported beam. According to the fabricated prestressed corrugated web steel box-concrete combined simply supported beam, the stress characteristic of the corrugated steel web is fully utilized, and the combined simply supported beam is light in self weight, easy to machine and manufacture, high in bridge construction speed, convenient to apply in a large scale and wide in practicability.
