Quick connecting structure between prefabricated pier column and base and construction method
The invention provides a quick connecting structure between a prefabricated pier column and a base and a construction method. The quick connecting structure comprises the prefabricated pier column and the base, a post-pouring groove and a connecting column are arranged at the upper part of the base, and concave-convex shear keys are arranged on the side walls of the post-pouring groove and the connecting column; the anti-shearing pin is arranged at the top of the connecting column, is positioned in the center of the connecting column and consists of an anti-shearing steel plate, an anti-shearing steel bar and concrete; the prefabricated pier column is composed of a pier column body, a pier column main rib and a shear-resistant pin groove, and the pier column main rib is pre-buried in the pier column body and penetrates out of the bottom of the pier column body. The pier column body and the connecting column are connected through the splicing seam, the pier column main rib extends into the post-pouring groove of the base, and a post-pouring belt is poured. The connecting structure is low in connecting precision requirement, large in construction allowable error, high in construction speed, easy in quality guarantee, simple in structure, low in cost and high in joint shear resistance, and quick connection between the prefabricated pier column and the base is achieved. Meanwhile, the cost is low, and engineering application and popularization are facilitated.
