Construction technology for foundation pit supporting anchor cable
The invention relates to a construction technology for a foundation pit supporting anchor cable. The foundation pit supporting anchor cable construction technology adopts an anchor cable insertion guide device as follows. The anchor cable insertion guide device comprises a bottom plate, rotating supporting plates, a guide vertical plate, inner supporting plates and a guide mechanism. The rotating supporting plates are symmetrically arranged at the positions, close to the outer edge of the bottom plate, of the upper side face of the bottom plate. The guide vertical plate is mounted between the two rotating supporting plates through a rotating shaft. The construction technology for the foundation pit supporting anchor cable through the anchor cable insertion guide device comprises the following steps that S1, drilling of the side wall of a foundation pit; S2, anchor cable binding; S3, positioning of the inner supporting plates; and S4, anchor cable insertion. The problems that when an anchor cable is manually inserted, the overall supporting effect of the anchor cable on a foundation pit in the later period is poor, due to the fact that the anchor cable cannot be guided during insertion, and thus, cannot be smoothly inserted , and the inner wall of a drilled hole is damaged during insertion of the anchor cable; and the anchor cable can twist and rotate in the conveying process and the like can be solved.
本发明涉及一种基坑支护锚索施工工艺,该基坑支护锚索施工工艺采用如下锚索插设导向装置,锚索插设导向装置包括底板、转动支板、导向立板、内撑板和导向机构,所述的底板的上侧面靠近其外沿的位置对称设置有转动支板,导向立板通过转轴安装在两个转动支板之间;采用锚索插设导向装置对基坑支护锚索的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、基坑侧壁钻孔;S2、锚索绑扎;S3、内撑板定位;S4、锚索插设。本发明可以解决人工对锚索进行穿插时存在的:锚索穿插时无法对其进行导向,使得锚索无法顺畅的进行穿插,且锚索在穿插时会将钻孔的内壁破坏,造成后期锚索对基坑的整体支护效果差;锚索在传送过程中会发生扭曲转动的现象等问题。
