The invention relates to a post-insertion unbonded steel strand U-shaped pipe pressure-bearing type uplift pile and a construction method thereof. A drilling machine hole forming and concrete pouring pile forming process is adopted in uplift pile construction, before initial setting of pile body concrete, a hammer pipe is adopted to insert an unbonded steel strand and U-shaped pipe pressure-bearing component combined body into a specified elevation position in a concrete pile body, and finally the unbonded steel strand is tensioned and locked at the top of the pile, the interior of a foundation or the upper portion of the foundation through an anchor plate and an anchorage device. The post-insertion technology is adopted, the construction speed is high, the U-shaped pipe pressure-bearing component is easy and convenient to install, an anchor head and the anchorage device do not need to be installed at the lower end, the construction quality is good, and the pile body uplift bearing capacity is high. Compared with a common uplift pile, the problem of pile body cracks does not need to be considered, the using amount of main materials is small, and the manufacturing cost is low; and compared with an anti-floating anchor rod, the pile body is made of concrete, the quality is more reliable than that of cement paste or mortar adopted by the anti-floating anchor rod, and a main material protection layer is large in thickness, higher in bearing capacity and better in durability.
