Drilling holes; a reinforcement cage is manufactured and comprises a reinforcement cage body, a plurality of prestress steel strand assemblies and a lower end flange plate, each prestress steel strand assembly comprises an outer sleeve, a plurality of steel strands and a tensioning assembly, and the multiple outer sleeves are fixed into the reinforcement cage body, arranged in the circumferential direction of the reinforcement cage at equal intervals and connected with the reinforcement cage body in a binding mode; a plurality of steel strands are installed in each outer sleeve, and the reinforcement cage is hoisted into the pile hole; mounting a conduit; concrete is poured into the pile body to form pile body concrete; pulling out the guide pipe and the steel casing; after the pile body is solidified, concrete is poured on the pile side; and the pile top flange is mounted, and the steel strand is anchored with the pile top flange after being tensioned to a design value, so that the steel content of the uplift pile can be reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved.
