Noise reduction and sound insulation wall and mounting process thereof
The invention provides a noise reduction and sound insulation wall. The noise reduction and sound insulation wall comprises a wall body and a keel frame; a damping coating, a sound insulation layer and a filling layer are sequentially arranged between the wall body and the keel frame in a stacked mode; the inner side face of the wall body is coated with the damping coating in a spraying mode, the sound insulation layer and the damping coating are attached to each other, a containing space can be formed between the sound insulation layer and the keel frame, and the filling layer is arranged in at least part of the containing space; the noise reduction and sound insulation wall further comprises vibration reduction structures, and the multiple vibration reduction structures are arranged in the containing space at intervals; and the containing space without the filling layer forms a hollow layer, and the vibration reduction structures are embedded in the filling layer and the hollow layer respectively. The wall body and the keel frame form a supporting main body, the damping coating, the sound insulation layer and the filling layer are clamped in the supporting main body, so that a wall structure of a multi-layer body material is formed, the design is novel, the layout is reasonable, and the efficient sound insulation and noise reduction effects are achieved. The invention further provides a mounting process.
