The invention provides a vertical connecting steel bar on-site self-positioned superposed shear wall. Large-diameter vertical stressed steel bars and small-diameter unconnected vertical constructional steel bars are arranged on a wall body of the superposed shear wall and a prefabricated edge member area connected with a vertical post-pouring section, vertical holes penetrating through the laminated shear wall are formed in the corresponding positions of the large-diameter vertical stressed steel bars, the large-diameter vertical stressed steel bars of the lower-layer superposed shear wall are bent and extend into the bottom area of the vertical holes of the upper-layer superposed shear wall, or the tops of the large-diameter vertical stressed steel bars of the lower-layer superposed shear wall are provided with straight thread joints to be connected with or in welded connection with the vertical connecting steel bars, which are bent and extend into the bottom area of the vertical holes of the upper-layer superposed shear wall. After concrete is post-poured in the vertical holes from the tops of the vertical holes, lap joint connection of the large-diameter vertical stressed steel bars of the upper-layer superposed shear wall and the lower-layer superposed shear wall is achieved. According to the superposed shear wall, the problem of field positioning of post-insertion of additional vertical connecting steel bars into the vertical holes of the superposed shear wall can be solved, the field construction efficiency and precision are greatly improved, and the mounting speed of the superposed shear wall is increased.
