Combustible waste gasification combustion and flue gas purification system and operation principle thereof
The invention relates to a combustible waste gasification combustion and flue gas purification system and an operation principle thereof. The combustible waste gasification combustion and flue gas purification system comprises a preheater system, a cement kiln decomposing furnace and a grate cooler which are sequentially arranged in the material moving direction. The combustible waste gasification combustion and flue gas purification system further comprises an oxygen production device, a fan, a fixed bed gasification furnace, a gas furnace and a flue gas desulfurization and denitrification device which are sequentially arranged along the gas path. High-concentration oxygen is produced by the oxygen production device and is fed into the fixed bed gasification furnace through the fan to increase the temperature of the gas furnace, so that solid waste fed into the fixed bed gasification furnace is completely gasified to increase the gasification rate of the solid waste, harmful substances in the solid waste are effectively reduced, and the concentrations of SOx and NOx in combustible gas are stabilized; and the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification device is used for carrying out desulfurization and denitrification on the flue gas after solid waste combustion so as to reduce the ammonia spraying amount of the cement kiln decomposing furnace, so that the cost is reduced, and the effects of fuel combustion and raw material decomposition in the cement kiln decomposing furnace are improved so as to ensure the stable operation of the system.
本发明涉及一种可燃废弃物气化燃烧及烟气净化系统及其运行原理,包括沿物料走向依次设置的预热器系统、水泥窑分解炉和篦冷机;还包括沿气路依次设置的制氧装置、风机、固定床气化炉、燃气炉和烟气脱硫脱硝装置;本发明借助制氧装置制出高浓度氧气并经风机送入到固定床气化炉中以提高燃气炉温度,进而使送入到固定床气化炉内的固废气化完全以提高固废气化率、有效降低固废中的有害物质并稳定可燃气中的SOx、NOx浓度;并借助烟气脱硫脱硝装置将固废燃烧后的烟气进行脱硫脱硝以降低水泥窑分解炉的喷氨量,进而降低了成本并提升了水泥窑分解炉内燃料燃烧与生料分解的效果以保证系统稳定运行。
