System and method for resource utilization of garbage fly ash by gasification of combustible solid waste
The invention discloses a system and a method for resource utilization of garbage fly ash by gasification of combustible solid waste. The system comprises a combustible solid waste gasification system, a feeding prefabrication system, a ceramsite sintering system and a decontamination system, wherein the combustible solid waste gasification system mainly comprises a gasification furnace, a cyclone dust collector and an induced draft fan; the feeding prefabrication system comprises a weighing and batching device, a mixing device and a balling device; the ceramsite sintering system mainly comprises a ceramsite sintering device and a ceramsite cooling, crushing and screening device; the decontamination system mainly comprises a crystallization device, a dust removal device and a waste gas treatment device, and combustible gas and coke generated by the gasification furnace are directly introduced into the ceramsite sintering system to serve as fuel for heat supply; gasification furnace residues and fly ash captured by a cyclone dust collector are introduced into the feeding prefabricating system and used as raw materials together with garbage fly ash, a proper amount of clay and water are added, and the mixture enters a ceramsite sintering system to produce ceramsite. The ceramsite sintering device is sequentially connected with the air pre-heater, the crystallization device, the dust collector and the waste gas treatment device, so that the whole system is energy-saving and pollution-free.
