The invention discloses a bidirectional water stop gate with an adjustable sealing structure. The bidirectional water stop gate comprises a door frame, a door frame fixing support, a gate plate, a hydraulic driving arm, a sealing ring and a sealing adjusting device. The door frame is fixed to a civil engineering base through the door frame fixing support. A longitudinal sliding groove is formed in the inner side face of the door frame, and the gate plate is installed in the longitudinal sliding groove. The sealing ring is fixed to the inner side edge of the gate plate. Wedge-shaped pressing strips are correspondingly arranged on the left edge and the right edge of the outer side surface of the gate plate through bolts. The sealing adjusting device is fixed to the door frame fixing support and tightly presses the wedge-shaped pressing strips. One end of the hydraulic driving arm is fixed at the top of the door frame, and the other end of the hydraulic driving arm is connected with the gate plate.
