The invention discloses a two-way water stop gate with a discrete sealing adjustment structure. The two-way water stop gate comprises a door frame, a gate, a door frame fixing seat, sealing adjustment mechanisms and a hydraulic driving rod, wherein the door frame is fixed to a civil engineering base through the door frame fixing seat; a longitudinal sliding groove is formed in the door frame, the gate is installed in the longitudinal sliding groove, and a circle of sealing ring is installed at the edge of the inner side surface of the gate; a plurality of protruding pressure bearing blocks are respectively arranged at the left and right edges of the outer side surface of the gate at equal intervals, and the sealing adjustment mechanisms are fixed to the door frame fixing seat, correspond to the pressure bearing blocks one to one and are tightly pressed on the pressure bearing blocks; and the oil cylinder end of the hydraulic driving rod is fixed to the top of the door frame, and the telescopic rod end of the hydraulic driving rod is fixed to the gate. According to the two-way water stop gate, the design of the sectional type pressure bearing blocks is adopted, so that the sealing effect of the gate can be guaranteed, the cost of the sealing structure can be greatly reduced, and the field maintenance workload and the maintenance cost are reduced.
