The invention provides a construction method of a pipe ditch. The construction method comprises the following steps that earthwork is excavated at a position where the pipe ditch is to be formed so as to form a groove, and concrete is poured at the bottom of the groove so as to form a cushion layer; two opposite brick blank dies are built on the top face of the cushion layer, a set distance is formed between the two brick blank dies, the two brick blank dies are arranged in the length direction of the groove, and the tops of the brick blank dies are flush with the ground; soil is backfilled between the brick blank dies and the side wall of the groove; a reinforcement cage is bound between the two brick blank dies, and the reinforcement cage is attached to build a formwork; and concrete is poured between the brick blank dies and the formwork and at the top of the ground, so that the pipe ditch with a U-shaped section is formed between the formwork and the brick blank dies, the reinforcement cage is buried in the pipe ditch, and the bottom plate is formed at the top of the ground. According to the construction method, the technical problems that pipe ditch backfilling is difficult and the cost is high are solved, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the pipe ditch are improved.
本发明提供了管沟的施工方法，包括如下步骤：于待形成管沟的位置开挖土方以形成沟槽，于沟槽的底部浇筑混凝土以形成垫层；于垫层的顶面砌筑形成相对的两个砖胎膜，且两个砖胎膜之间具有设定间距并沿沟槽的长度方向设置，砖胎膜的顶部与地面平齐；于砖胎膜与沟槽的侧壁之间回填土料；于两个砖胎膜之间绑扎钢筋笼，并贴合钢筋笼搭建模板；于砖胎膜和模板之间以及地面的顶部浇筑混凝土，以于模板和砖胎膜之间形成截面呈U型的管沟，且钢筋笼埋设于管沟，并于地面的顶部形成底板。本发明解决了管沟回填困难、成本高的技术问题，提高了管沟的施工效率以及施工质量。
