Pipe ditch construction method using original ditch side wall as support foundation
The invention relates to a pipe ditch construction method using an original ditch side wall as a support foundation. Marking a bracket position; a support machined in advance is horizontally placed on the upper surface of the side wall of the ditch; drilling holes in the side wall of the ditch by using a water drill according to the hole positions of the supports; the support is temporarily fixed to the side wall of the ditch through bolts; mounting a transverse plate; then the bottom of the pipe gallery support is installed, and after the pipe gallery support is installed, an upper truss is installed; and pipeline laying is started after the truss is installed. Compared with a conventional construction method that a pipe gallery support foundation is re-excavated and constructed beside an original ditch, the construction method using the side wall of the original ditch as the support foundation has the advantages that the construction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the construction period is short; and the damage to the original ditch base caused by secondary excavation is reduced.
本发明是一种利用原有水沟侧壁做支架基础的管沟施工方法；包括标记支架位置；将提前加工好的支座水平放置在水沟侧壁的上表面；在水沟侧壁按照支座的孔洞位置利用水钻进行开孔；将支座通过螺栓与水沟侧壁进行临时固定；进行横板的安装；再进行管廊支架底部安装，管廊支架安装完成后进行上部桁架安装；桁架安装完成后开始敷设管道。本发明提出的利用原有水沟侧壁做支架基础的施工方法较常规在原有水沟旁重新开挖施工管廊支架基础的施工方法，能有效提高施工效率，施工周期短；减少二次开挖对原有水沟基地造成损坏。
