Full-automatic cable laying device
The invention discloses a full-automatic cable laying device. The device comprises a towing vehicle, a hydraulic lift mechanism and a cable laying device body, wherein the hydraulic lift mechanism is fixed on the towing vehicle and is connected to the cable laying device body; and the cable laying device body comprises a wheel train bucket mechanism, an earthwork conveying mechanism, a wiring mechanism and a leveling and backfilling mechanism. The towing vehicle provides forward power, the hydraulic lift mechanism drives the whole cable laying device body to ascend and descend, the wheel train bucket mechanism drives a wheel disc system to rotate through a hydraulic motor in order to achieve automatic ditching, a cable is automatically pressed into a dug ditch through the wiring mechanism, dug earthwork is conveyed to the tail end of the device through the earthwork conveying mechanism, and the excavated earthwork is backfilled by the leveling and backfilling mechanism. The full-automatic cable laying device integrates ditch digging, off-line laying and landfill to replace directly buried laying, and is reasonable in structure, convenient to operate and capable of effectively improving the cable laying efficiency and saving materials and labor cost.
