The fabricated building wall comprises a first prefabricated slab, a second prefabricated slab clamped with the first prefabricated slab, and a third prefabricated slab clamped with the first prefabricated slab; wherein at least one first clamping groove, at least one first clamping block, at least one second clamping groove and at least one second clamping block are arranged on the first prefabricated slab; a third clamping block clamped with the first clamping groove, a third clamping groove clamped with the first clamping block, at least one fourth clamping groove and at least one fourth clamping block are arranged on the second prefabricated slab; a fifth clamping block clamped with the second clamping groove, a fifth clamping groove clamped with the second clamping block, a sixth clamping block clamped with the fourth clamping groove and a sixth clamping groove clamped with the fourth clamping block are arranged on the third prefabricated slab; and the fifth clamping block and the fifth clamping groove are located on one same end face. According to the fabricated building wall provided by the invention, the stability of the fabricated building wall is improved.
