The fabricated building wall comprises a first wall body, a second wall body and a locking mechanism arranged between the first wall body and the second wall body, and the first wall body comprises a first wall plate and a first long open groove extending downwards from the top face of the first wall plate; the second wall body comprises a second wall plate and a second long slot extending upwards from the bottom surface of the second wall plate; the first wallboard and the second wallboard are equal in height, the depth of the first long slot is H1, the depth of the second long slot is H2, and the sum of H1 and H2 is equal to the height of the first wallboard or the second wallboard; the first wall body and the second wall body are spliced through the first long open groove and the second long open groove to form a cross-shaped wall body. The locking mechanism comprises an insertion rod and a position-adjustable limiting assembly. The spliced wall is convenient to transport, does not occupy space, can be quickly spliced into a cross-shaped wall, is good in structural stability after being spliced, and is convenient to operate when needing to be disassembled.
