The invention provides a wet joint concrete secondary stirring pouring trolley system. The pouring device comprises a chute framework, a chute arranged on the chute framework, walking wheels installed at the bottom of the chute framework, a flow limiting mechanism arranged at the front end of the chute, a stirring mechanism arranged at the rear end of the chute and a discharging port formed in the rear end of the stirring mechanism; the chute is installed on the chute framework; the front end of the chute is arranged below the rear end of an unloading groove of the concrete tank truck; and the discharging port is arranged above a wet joint to be poured.
