The concrete pouring device comprises a mixing tank, a rotation rod, a motor, a water outlet pipe, a ring rope and supporting feet; a leakage net is transversely fixed at the upper part in the mixing tank, and a slope is arranged on an outer ring of the mixing tank above the leakage net; two hanging rings are welded and fixed to the upper surfaces of the two sides of the mixing tank through connecting rods, the rotation rod is transversely and rotatably installed on the lower part of the interior of the mixing tank, and a spiral conveyor is fixed to the outer ring of the rotation rod in a surrounding manner. According to the concrete pouring device, the rotatable rotation rod is installed at the bottom of the mixing tank, when the motor drives the rotation rod to rotate, concrete can be stirred and mixed through the spiral conveyor, meanwhile, water can be added into the concrete through a water outlet in the water outlet pipe, the mixing tank can be lifted to the height through the hanging rings and the ring rope during pouring, a pump truck enables concrete to enter the mixing tank to be mixed, then direct pouring is conducted, concrete caking is avoided, and meanwhile the pouring efficiency is guaranteed.
