The novel three-dimensional garage comprises a three-dimensional building body, a plurality of parking layers arranged in the three-dimensional building body, a transfer base layer, a functional layer, a maintenance well and lifting wells. The maintenance well is arranged in the center of the three-dimensional building body, a parking well is arranged in the space between the maintenance well and the three-dimensional building body, and the interior of the parking well is divided into the plurality of parking layers through a plurality of layers of floor slabs. At least one circle of parking area is arranged in each parking layer, at least one lifting well is arranged in each circle of parking area, a circle of annular track is arranged on a floor slab of each circle of parking area, and a plurality of parking spaces are uniformly distributed on the annular track. A layer body, parallel to the ground, in the building body serves as the transfer base layer; the functional layer, a storage layer and the plurality of parking layers are arranged downwardly or upwardly on the basis of the transfer base layer; and a central control room and a waiting hall are arranged in the functional layer. A lifting mechanism for lifting or descending a vehicle moving module is arranged in each lifting well.
