Method for preparing artificial lightweight aggregate from oil sludge pyrolysis residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing artificial lightweight aggregate by utilizing oil sludge pyrolysis residues, and relates to an innocent treatment method and a resource utilization process of the oil sludge pyrolysis residues. The invention aims to effectively realize harmless and resource utilization of oil sludge pyrolysis residues generated in the exploitation process of resources such as petroleum, shale gas and the like. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing pellets with the particle size of 5-20mm by using the oil sludge pyrolysis residue as a raw material through a disc pelletizer; 2, carrying out air-drying maintenance on the obtained pellets; and 3, roasting the cured and dried pellets to prepare the artificial lightweight aggregate. The process is simple and easy to implement, the cylinder compressive strength, the water absorption rate, the stacking density and the boiling heat loss of the lightweight aggregate prepared by the method all meet the GB/T 17431.1-2010 artificial lightweight aggregate standard, and the lightweight aggregate can be widely applied to materials such as concrete and highway subgrade.
