The invention discloses a production process and system for preparing high-performance lightweight aggregate by using ground oil sludge and pyrolysis residues, and the production process comprises the following steps: metering powder of raw materials such as ground oil sludge and/or pyrolysis residues, fly ash and bentonite according to a ratio, sequentially feeding into two double-shaft stirrers which are connected in series, mixing and adding water in stages, carrying out extrusion granulation on the ceramsite raw material discharged from the double-shaft stirrer, and then carrying out shaping treatment to obtain ceramsite raw material balls; the ceramsite raw material balls are fed into a rotary indirect dryer to be indirectly dried until the water content is 12-17%, then fed into a belt dryer to be dried until the water content is smaller than or equal to 4%, then fed into a ceramsite rotary kiln to be subjected to high-temperature calcination, cooled through a grate cooler, screened, stored and cooled, and the oil sludge ceramsite product is obtained. The combined process technology of the kiln tail heat recovery system, the kiln head heat recovery system, the sintering system and the flue gas treatment system is utilized, the drying safety problem and the flue gas treatment and emission problem caused by volatile petroleum hydrocarbon components in ceramsite raw pellets are solved, the heat efficiency of the system is improved, and the energy consumption of the system is reduced.
本发明公开了一种利用落地油泥和热解渣制备高性能轻骨料的生产工艺及系统,步骤如下:将原料落地油泥和/或热解渣、粉煤灰和膨润土各粉料按照比例计量后,依次送入串联的两个双轴搅拌机进行混料和分段加水,出双轴搅拌机的陶粒生料进行挤出造粒,再进行整形处理,得到陶粒生料球;陶粒生料球先送入回转式间接烘干机间接烘干至含水率12‑17%,再送入带式烘干机烘干至含水率≤4%,之后送入陶粒回转窑高温煅烧,经篦冷机冷却后筛分储存,冷却后获得油泥陶粒产品。本发明利用窑尾热回收系统、窑头热回收系统、烧成系统和烟气处理系统的组合工艺技术,解决了陶粒生料球中挥发性石油烃成分带来的烘干安全问题、烟气处理和排放问题,提高了系统热效率,降低了系统能耗。
