Steel slag resource utilization method
The invention provides a steel slag resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: (1) screening steel slag, and selecting steel slag particles with the particle size of 0.075-1.18 mm; and (2) treating the screened steel slag particles with acid to obtain the steel slag sand. The steel slag with the particle size of 0.075-1.18 mm is screened and is uniformly mixed by spraying acetic acid, so that free magnesium oxide and calcium oxide in the steel slag can be effectively reduced, and the stability is remarkably improved; and the stability can reach a qualified effect without special grinding or aging treatment.
本发明提供一种钢渣资源化利用方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将钢渣筛分,选取0.075‑1.18mm粒径的钢渣颗粒;(2)对筛分后的钢渣颗粒用酸进行处理,得到钢渣砂。本发明筛选0.075‑1.18mm粒径的钢渣,用醋酸喷洒均混,即可有效降低钢渣里的游离氧化镁氧化钙显著改善安定性;不需要通过特殊的碾磨或者陈化处理,就能使其安定性达到合格的效果。
