Method for resource utilization of hot steel slag
The invention discloses a hot steel slag resource utilization method which is characterized in that calcium carbonate and carbon dioxide gas is preheated, downward flowing steel slag hot liquid is blown away and mixed, when steel slag is blown away, granulated and cooled, calcium carbonate is heated and decomposed into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide in hot steel slag particles, and the calcium carbonate and the carbon dioxide are recycled. The carbon dioxide gas promotes the formation of porous structures in the steel slag particles, and calcium oxide and steel slag are combined to become alkaline slag particles; the power generation tail gas is cooled, dedusted and separated, and solid calcium carbonate particles are returned; boosting the dedusted gas, using part of the dedusted gas as conveying gas of granular calcium carbonate, and discharging part of the dedusted gas for preparing liquid carbon dioxide; the ground alkaline slag particles are used as steel slag cement, and the alkaline steel slag is used for preheating carbon dioxide gas. The problem that balanced utilization and high-added-value recycling are difficult to carry out in the hot steel slag heat recovery process is solved.
