Novel condensed phase-change thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel condensed phase-change thermal insulation material, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of straw powder, 20-30 parts of a phase-change thermal insulation base material, 3-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-6 parts of a binder, 18-30 parts of cement and 5-9 parts of water, and the phase-change thermal insulation base material is prepared by mixing 10-15 parts of industrial mineral powder with a phase-change energy storage material in matrix liquid. According to the invention, industrial mineral powder is added into the phase-change energy storage material, on one hand, reasonable utilization of industrial and agricultural wastes is realized, and energy waste is reduced; on the other hand, the straw powder and the industrial mineral powder are added into the phase change thermal insulation material, so that the phase change energy storage material has the characteristics of good formability, low thermal conductivity and high thermal insulation performance. Compared with the existing common thermal insulation material, the novel condensed phase change thermal insulation material provided by the invention also has the characteristics of difficult cracking and no hollowing.
本发明涉及一种新型凝聚态相变保温材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:秸秆粉末15‑20份、相变保温基材20‑30份、助剂3‑5份、粘结剂3‑6份、水泥18‑30份、水5‑9份,所述相变保温基材由10‑15份工业矿粉在基体液中与相变储能材料混合制备得到。本发明将工业矿粉添加至相变储能材料中,一方面,实现了工农废弃物的合理利用,减少了能源的浪费;另一方面,相变保温材料中秸秆粉末、工业矿粉的添加,使得相变储能材料具有成型性好、热导率低、保温隔热性能高的特点。本发明所述的新型凝聚态相变保温材料与现有普通保温材料相比,还具有不易开裂、不空鼓的特性。
