The invention provides a phase change energy storage thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of phase change energy storage. The preparation method of the phase-change energy-storage thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a cementing material, an alkaline activator, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer, and sequentially molding and curing to obtain a geopolymer thermal insulation material; and (2) carrying out autoclaved curing on the geopolymer thermal insulation material obtained in the step (1), and drying to obtain the geopolymer thermal insulation material loaded with zeolite in situ, and (3) heating and melting an organic solid-liquid phase-change material, and dipping in the geopolymer thermal insulation material loaded with zeolite in situ obtained in the step (2) to obtain the phase-change energy-storage thermal insulation material. The phase change energy storage thermal insulation material prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can effectively delay the occurrence time of peak temperature in a building, reduce indoor temperature fluctuation and improve comfort.
本发明提供了一种相变储能保温材料及其制备方法,属于相变储能技术领域。本发明提供的相变储能保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将胶凝材料、碱性激发剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂混合后依次进行成型和养护,得到地质聚合物保温材料;(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的地质聚合物保温材料进行蒸压养护后干燥,得到原位负载沸石的地质聚合物保温材料;(3)将有机固‑液相变材料加热熔化后,浸渍于所述步骤(2)得到的原位负载沸石的地质聚合物保温材料中,得到相变储能保温材料。本发明提供的制备方法制备得到的相变储能保温材料能够有效延缓建筑内峰值温度出现的时间,减小室内温度波动,提高舒适性。
