The invention provides a laterite composite material which is mainly used for laterite tennis courts, baseball courts, softball courts and the like. Existing domestic laterite materials do not have strict material selection, processing production procedures and proportional relations, and have the common problems that a site is prone to cracking and peeling, dust is generated when water is not sprayed, the site is sticky and prone to hardening after water is sprayed, and the service life is short. Due to the fact that no stable product and mature technology exist in the laterite material in China, the laterite material mostly depends on import in use, and the construction cost is greatly increased. Through investigation on Hainan Island, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Sichuan and other places, it is found that the raw materials meet the conditions, the laterite composite material can be processed and produced, and through more than ten years of research and development and repeated practice, the laterite composite material with characteristics and stable performance is formed. The laterite composite material has the characteristics of no peeling, no cracking, good rolling compactness, no stickiness when encountering water, good water-containing moisture retention, uniform color and beautiful appearance.
红土复合材料多用于红土网球场、棒球场、垒球场等。国内现有的红土材料没有严格的选材和加工生产程序及比例关系,存在的普遍问题是:场地容易开裂、起皮,不洒水时起尘,洒水后场地发粘、易板结、使用寿命短等问题。由于红土材料在国内没有稳定的产品和成熟的技术,在使用中多依赖于进口,从而大大增加了建设成本。我们通过对海南岛、内蒙古、陕西、四川等地的考察后发现原材料符合条件,可以加工生产红土复合材料,经过十多年的研发和反复实践,形成了有自己特色地、性能稳定地红土复合材料,具有:不起皮、不开裂、碾压密实度好、遇水不发粘、含水保湿性好、色泽统一美观的特点。
