Novel blast hole sealing grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of mine and underground engineering safety, and provides a novel blast hole sealing grouting material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5 to 3.5 parts of superfine Portland cement, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of silicon powder, 0.01 to 0.015 part of composite admixture and 2 to 3 parts of water, wherein the composite admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02 to 0.025 part of a composite efficient water reducing agent, 0.02 to 0.05 part of an expanding agent and 0.012 to 0.016 part of an accelerator. The invention also provides a preparation method of the novel blast hole sealing grouting material. The grouting material has the advantages that the fluidity is good, the bonding strength is high, the volume stability is good, and the plugging rapidity and compactness of large-diameter and large-depth drill holes can be remarkably improved after the grouting material is applied.
