Mullite heat-resistant concrete for rocket diversion trench
The invention provides mullite heat-resistant concrete for a rocket diversion trench. The heat-resistant concrete comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-80% of microporous mullite of which the particle size is less than or equal to 8mm; 0-10% of alumina micro powder; and 10-25% of pure calcium aluminate cement. The heat-resistant concrete has excellent volume stability and thermal shock resistance, also has relatively short setting time, can improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period, and is particularly suitable for non-combustion-gas-flow direct ablation areas and launching site terrace parts of rocket diversion trenches.
本发明提供一种火箭导流槽用莫来石质耐热混凝土,所述耐热混凝土包括以下重量百分含量的组分:粒径≤8mm的微孔莫来石70~80%;氧化铝微粉0~10%;纯铝酸钙水泥10~25%。本发明的耐热混凝土具有优异体积稳定性和抗热冲击性,同时还具有较短的凝结时间,能提高施工效率和缩短施工周期,特别适用于火箭导流槽非燃气流直接烧蚀区及发射场坪部位。
