A plurality of inserting rods are arranged in the second through holes in a sliding mode, the bottom ends of the inserting rods are fixed to the push plate, a driving assembly used for driving the push plate to slide along the inner side wall of the first cavity is arranged in the first cavity, and a fixing assembly used for being fixedly connected with the steel sheet pile is arranged on the anchor rod.
