The invention relates to a method for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete by using household garbage incineration slag and carbide slag. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, weighing all solid materials according to mass percents for later use; S2, adding the weighed household garbage incineration slag into a stirrer, weighing mixing water from a constant-temperature water bath kettle according to a proportion, adding the mixing water into the stirrer, and stirring the mixing water and the household garbage incineration slag to form slurry; S3, adding dihydrate gypsum, carbide slag and P.O.42.5 general-purpose Portland cement, and stirring; S4, adding quick lime, and stirring; S5, adding aluminum powder, and stirring; S6, injecting slurry into a mold and placing the mold in a curing room for gas generation, enabling the slurry to be molded, carrying out demolding, and cutting to obtain a green body; and S7, feeding the cut green body into an autoclave for steaming and pressing, taking the green body out of the autoclave, and curing the green body to obtain a finished product.
