The invention provides composite modified autoclaved aerated concrete based on carbide slag and a preparation method thereof.The composite modified autoclaved aerated concrete based on carbide slag comprises water and materials, the water-material ratio is 0.55-0.6: 1, and the materials comprise, by mass, 20-30% of carbide slag, 55-66% of fly ash, 8-9% of cement, 3% of gypsum, 0.1% of aluminum powder and the balance additives; the carbide slag is pretreated, and the pretreatment specifically comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding a carbide slag raw material, a surface modifier and water, adding guar gum, and continuously grinding. The autoclaved aerated concrete is produced and prepared by completely replacing lime with the carbide slag, the problem of environmental pollution caused by stacking treatment of the carbide slag is solved, the production cost of the aerated concrete is reduced, the product quality is effectively improved, and the production cost is reduced. The autoclaved aerated concrete with low dry density, high strength, low heat conductivity coefficient and good crack resistance can be produced, and the application of a novel green wall material is enhanced.
本发明提供了一种基于电石渣的复合改性蒸压加气混凝土及其制备方法,该基于电石渣的复合改性蒸压加气混凝土包括水和物料,水料比为0.55‑0.6:1,按质量百分比计,所述物料包括20~30%电石渣、55~66%粉煤灰、8~9%水泥、3%石膏、0.1%铝粉和余量的外加剂;所述电石渣经过预处理,所述预处理具体为:将电石渣原料、表面改性剂和水混合研磨,加入瓜尔胶继续研磨。本发明实现了用电石渣完全替代石灰来生产制备蒸压加气混凝土,有利于解决电石渣的堆放处理带来的环境污染问题,降低了加气混凝土的生产成本,有效提高了产品质量,能够生产出低干密度、高强度、低导热系数、抗裂性好的蒸压加气混凝土,增强了绿色化新型墙体材料的应用。
