The invention discloses a method for making bricks by using oil and gas field drilling waste mud and rock debris, the method comprises the following steps: (1) discharging the waste mud to a filter screen through a conveying belt, filtering out sand in the waste mud through the filter screen, and collecting the dripped waste mud through a barrel; (2) adding a demulsifying agent, an oxidizing agent and a heavy metal capturing agent into the collected waste mud according to a fixed proportion, clockwise stirring at the stirring speed of 20-60 r/min for 3 minutes, and then standing for 3 hours; (3) adding water to enable the height of the water to exceed the overall height of the waste mud by 10cm, and precipitating for 20 minutes; through the design, the waste slurry treatment efficiency can be greatly improved, rapid application can be achieved, meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that harmful substances in the waste slurry are removed, later processing production is facilitated, rock debris screening and later processing are improved, and the stability of brick finished products is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于利用油气田钻井废弃泥浆和岩屑制砖的方法，(1)将废弃泥浆由输送带排至过滤网，通过过滤网将废弃泥浆内部的砂石进行过滤出来，并将滴落的废弃泥浆通过桶收集；(2)将收集的废弃泥浆中添加固定比例的破乳剂、氧化剂、重金属捕捉剂，并顺时针搅拌，搅拌速度为20～60r/min，搅拌时间为3min，随后静置3h；(3)加水，使得水的高度超过废弃泥浆整体高度10CM，沉淀20min；通过本发明的设计，可以极大的提高对废弃泥浆的处理效率，能够快速的应用，同时还能够保证对废弃泥浆内部有害物质的去除，易于后期的加工生产，以及改进了对岩屑的筛选以及后期处理加工，使得砖块成品的稳固性得到提升。
