An automatic fine adjustment system for a CRTSIII ballastless track slab comprises a three-phase fine adjustment device, a pushing trolley, a servo driving mechanism used for driving the three-phase fine adjustment device to work and an electrical cabinet used for supplying power to the servo driving mechanism. The pushing trolley comprises a frame, universal wheels mounted at the bottom of the frame, a suspension mechanism mounted on the frame and used for suspending the servo driving mechanism, and an electrical cabinet mounting rack used for fixing the electrical cabinet, and the electrical cabinet is mounted on the electrical cabinet mounting rack; the three-phase fine adjustment device is installed at a to-be-adjusted track plate and connected with the to-be-adjusted track plate, the pushing trolley is pushed in the longitudinal direction of the track plate through the universal wheels and used for conveying the servo driving mechanism to the to-be-adjusted track plate to be connected with the three-phase fine adjustment device when fine adjustment needs to be conducted on the track plate, so as to drive the three-phase fine adjustment device to work, after the fine adjustment of the track plate is completed, the detached servo driving mechanism is suspended through the suspension mechanism and is conveyed to a to-be-fine-adjusted point of the next track plate.
