A screed plate suitable for a small paver comprises a traction arm and a big arm, a front traction point of the traction arm is fixed, the big arm and a screed plate top plate are integrated, and one side of a screed plate bottom plate is fixedly connected with the lower end of a front end plate close to the front traction point to form a first mechanism; the other side of the screed bottom plate is hinged with the lower end of a rear end plate far away from the front traction point, and the upper end of the rear end plate is fixedly connected with the rear end of the big arm to form a second mechanism; a telescopic oil cylinder is installed between the first mechanism and the second mechanism, one end of the telescopic oil cylinder is connected with the first mechanism, the other end of the telescopic oil cylinder is connected with the second mechanism, and the telescopic oil cylinder drives the first mechanism to rotationally ascend or descend relative to the second mechanism with the hinge point between the rear end plate and the bottom plate of the screed as the rotation center. According to the paver, the elevation angle alpha between the screed plate and the material does not need to be controlled by driving a front traction point through a leveling oil cylinder, on the premise that the leveling oil cylinder is omitted and the front traction point is fixed, control over the elevation angle alpha is achieved, the paving quality is guaranteed, and meanwhile transportation, transition and installation of the small paver are facilitated.
一种适用于小型摊铺机的熨平板,包括牵引臂和大臂,牵引臂的前牵引点固定,大臂与熨平板顶板为一体,熨平板底板一侧与靠近前牵引点的前端板下端固定连接,形成机构一;熨平板底板另一侧与远离前牵引点的后端板下端铰接连接,后端板的上端与大臂的后端固定连接,形成机构二;在机构一与机构二之间安装有伸缩油缸,伸缩油缸的一端与机构一连接,另一端与机构二连接,并带动机构一以熨平板后端板与底板之间的铰接点为旋转中心相对于机构二旋转提升或旋转降低。该摊铺机熨平板板与物料之间的仰角α无需找平油缸带动前牵引点来控制,在省去找平油缸、前牵引点固定的前提下,实现对仰角α的控制,保证摊铺质量的同时,方便小型摊铺机运输转场和安装。
