The invention provides a telescopic screed plate assembly, a screed plate device and a paver. The telescopic screed plate assembly comprises a telescopic frame which is arranged in at least one side of the screed plate device, and can extend outwards or retract inwards relative to the screed plate device; a telescopic screed plate which is connected with the telescopic frame, and can extend outwards or retract inwards along with the telescopic frame; a compaction mechanism which is connected to the telescopic frame and is used for carrying out pre-compaction operation on a mixture; and a driving mechanism which comprises a driving motor and a battery assembly, the battery assembly is electrically connected with the driving motor so as to supply power to the driving motor, and the driving motor is in transmission connection with the compaction mechanism so as to drive the compaction mechanism to operate. By means of the technical scheme, connection and the internal structure of the telescopic screed plate assembly are simplified, pulling of a pipeline or a cable can be prevented when the telescopic screed plate assembly conducts telescopic motion, space arrangement can be optimized,and energy waste in the driving process is reduced.
